Pricing:

Initial Consult $25 (a $75 value)

This Consult is to discuss your health concerns and set up your treatment plan. It does not include acupuncture, but you may add an acupuncture treatment at the time of booking.

Acupuncture treatment:

$150 (Single Session)

$135 (Package of 10 $1350)

Insurance:

We do not bill insurance directly. We will gladly provide you with a coded superbill to turn into your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Coverage for acupuncture varies from plan to plan, so it is best to call your carrier to find out what your benefits are.  Kymberly Kelly L.Ac. is not an “In-Network” provider, but you may be reimbursed if you have “Out-Of-Network” coverage.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of treatment.  We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards.
